Welcome!

Hey my beauties! For anyone new that may find this blog for the first time, welcome! For my clients that have been with me for a long time, you may wonder why I have competely swithced gears and created a new website altogether. Well, the answer to that is I wanted to create a space for me to be the random creative you’ve always known. Salon Cabelo will always be the business of hair for me. RachelOlivia, however, allows me to flow seamelssly between all the things that allows me to express what drives my creativity. Often times I find myself exploring things outside of hair and the beauty industry that would later allow me to grow within my business and/or creativity. The Salon Cabelo site, in my opinion, didn’t really allow me to freely include that exploration.

So, welcome to the new site! I’m excited to explore, share and bring you along this random creative journey. This official blog was birth out of the “blog style” email I’ve sent to you guys over the years. This will allow me to express what’s new, ways I’m growing and where I’m heading next in a better layout and in a way you can easily participate in the comments; and hopefully share with your circle as well. I will contiue to bring updates on what’s going on in the industry, experiences I think are random, hilarious, and fun, and bring clarity to the noise out there to help you navigate this massive industry that makes sense to you.
