Salon Policies
Hey my beauties! Some of you are new to the salon and for others I think this will be a good reminder. I will lay out the policies I have in place first and in another blog post I will explain why so many beauty professionals have started to enforce them more.
Cancellation policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel please do so before 24 hours of your appointment. I charge a 100% cancellation fee for all no shows or cancellations after the 24 hour notification of scheduled appointment. Please note that appointment reminders are a courtesy and not a guarantee, please take note of all appointments booked. Example of cancellation fee: shampoo service is $100 so your cancellation fee will be $100. Adjust according to total of services selected, there are no exceptions.
Deposits: All deposits are nonrefundable. Once the deposit is paid it will secure your appointment. The remaining balance will be charged once you come in for your appointment. Should you need to reschedule your appointment your deposit will move with your appointment. Your deposit is nontransferable. If you cancel or no-show your deposit will also be applied to your cancellation fee. If you cancel online you will forfeit your deposit and it can not be applied to a future appointment.
Late Policy: If you’re more than 15 minutes to your appointment, that appointment is canceled and considered a no-show. The cancellation fee will be applied.
All policies are in place to respect everyone’s time and to ensure there are enough appointment spaces for all.
