Hair Analysis…

Hey my beauties! I was super excited when one of my clients/cuties told me that she reached out to Nutrafol to experess her concerns on the efficacy of their vitamin product. She informed me they offered to do a hair analysis, called a Hair Mineral Analysis. This is where you send in a sample of your hair, for her, I cut her hair sample when she came in to get her hair done. It has to be cut as close to the scalp as possible so it only made sense that I did it for her. You put about one inch of the sample in the free package they give you and mail it back to Nutrafol. From there they test it for all vitamin levels. For her they didn’t see anything that was of major concern, in fact because of the demands of her job and PhD program they were actually impressed with her levels being so great. They recommended that she add the Collagen Infusion powder from their line to ensure she’s coverd from every angle. They measured the following levels for her, the first set are categorized as “Toxic and Non-Nutritional”: Mercury, Lead, Cadmium, Arsenic, Aluminum, Antimony, Barium, and Beryllium. The second section set of levels they tested they categorized as Nutritional Elements and they are: Sulphur, Silicon, Boron, Phosphorus, Strontium, Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, Zinc, Copper, Iron (her levels for iron are OFF the chart good!), Selenium, Chromium, Manganese, Nickel, Vanadium, Molybdenum, and Cobalt.

I can not confirm if the test are different depending on what vitamins your using from Nutrafol, since they have 5 different formulations. I can say that your consultation and test are with an in house medical professional that can answer more in depth questions outside of what your vitamin levels are. I absolutely LOVE that they offer this service. You first to have consistently use the vitamins for atleast 60 days, after that you can have access to this test every six months while using Nutrafol. The vitamin levels, or nutritional elements as they call it, are so vital in your healthy hair journey. It is the internal working that contributes to keeping hair on your head! Please note that there are certainly extenuating circumstances where a simple vitamin supplement may not help, in those cases please consult with your local doctor to discuss options and second opinions. Should you want to order Nutrafol, please head to the “shop” tab on my site www.Rachel-Olivia.com. Please be sure to comment and share this with anyone you may know that is wanting more information on their hair health.
